I stick my anus in the sink to wash it with soap and wash the sink afterwards no big deal
I don't wash my ass in the sink! Hahaha I wipe it with toilet roll then wash my ass in the shower.

Then I'd just wipe it clean with tissue paper or if there's a bidet I'd use it.
