Is it normal to wash/disinfect your hands everytime you touch something?

Examples are:
After opening anything or turning something on, you MUST (NO CHOICE) wash your hands. You carry hand sanitizer around with you everywhere and disinfect the entire house everyday.

    It depends on what it is that you just touched. If you have to wash your hands after you have touched anything then that's not really normal. OCD will cause you do dry out your skin.
