Also, if the assumtion that you've already had it before is true, then don't think that not being a virgin makes waiting to do it again strange. Again, if it's what makes you happy and comfortable, go for it!
At the same time, though, it's also perfectly normal if you slip up or come close to it, so don't beat yourself up if you do. To be perfectly honest, this decision is something that goes against our instincts to mate and reproduce, but I personally see that a simple effort to control the urges, whether we're successful or not, shows a strength of mind and character. What really matters is that you hold off until you find someone who you'll be happy being intimite with.
