Its normal to want to try something new, but please understand that if your partner doesn't want to consent to this new thing or things you need to respect that. Physical intimacy ought to be about an expression of shared love, not just lust, desire and satisfaction of one's own needs. If it turns out that your partner doesn't want to try the so-called "new things" please try not to be hurt or offended nor take it personally.
