  • Nicotine patches by themselves won't get you that addicted. More than likely, you'll just get bored (or tired of having nightmares, if you sleep with the patch). Whether or not it's worth the risk is different.

    I started chewing the gum after my ADHD diagnosis because I had a hard time finding a doctor. It works tolerably well, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're just curious.
