    This isn't necessarily rape. I mean, if you do it and he protests, and you continue, THAT is rape. If you stop....no harm no foul. If you start and he starts moaning and encourages you to keep going, I'd say this is fine and you should continue charging on! Somehow I don't think he'd mind if you just went down on him while he is playing a video game!

      let me explain.You claim it is not necessarily rape , when in fact its never rape. If you share a sex life with someone you cant retroactively require permission . sure if he wakes up and states "No " im not in the mood and she forces it with 7 billion humans you might get a jury to call it rape.

        There is such a thing as marital rape, date rape, etc......Regardless if you are intimately involved with a person or not, no means no.
