    I don't think it's normal, and moreover, if you did this without asking, I am sure this would be considered impolite.

    It's been done in a bondage shoot. The model's panties were removed and pushed completely into her vagina. Some half an our later they were taken out, bunched up and pushed into her mouth as a gag, sealed in with tape. She didn't look especially pleased, but then she was not intended to be.

    that would be extremely uncomfortable... no matter how wet or lubed up she was the cloth would wipe away the wetness and make it painful very quickly :/
