  • Its normal to some extent, but if its all the time you want do this, then you might have an underlying problem. Depression maybe?

    Or it could be quite serious like a dissociative syndrome or even mild schizophrenia. The formentioned can change the way you think. It can turn you more onto the internal thinking processes.

    This is sometimes a coping mechanism for various factors in your life. Your concentrating on the better, internal thoughts and fantasy world and distancing yourself from the real world.

    If it causes you distress, id seek some advice.
