I agree with Solid, this is normal to an extent. Sometimes I even lay in bed for hours in my own dream world.. But not daily, or even weekly. In all seriousness, write out your fantasy world! Date it, write who you were with, what you were doing, etc. then take it a therapist. This seems like a sort of escape for you, but we can't always escape the real world.
