I saw this sticker on a car recently,
"Better late than DEAD on time"
Just for you, and you are incompetent if you can't keep to the MAXIMUM speed limit for that type of road in perfect conditions. When it's wet you slooooow down even more!!
Is it normal to want to ram cars who drive to slow?
