Is it normal to want to punch my neighbors on the face?

They're not my next door neighbors, but they live in the apartments across the street. They're ALWAYS gathering together in the sidewalk, screaming, playing loud music, cursing, and fighting at ffrigging 12:30 AM! It goes on almost EVERY night. The fact that they always park in front of my driveway is just the cherry on top. Is this normal, or am I just overly bitter and cranky?

    Get them towed for parking in front of your driveway :)

    It's not legal, at least in my neck of the woods...

    Video tape them and post the video up. Then report them to the police. Actually just call the police the next time they bother you in the middle of the night.

    you are right to be annoyed, been there done that. i had to play celine dion singing oh holy night over and over for them to get the hint, it worked

    Report them...they can get charged for disturbing the peace. That happened once with my brother and his ex.
