I do not think it would be beautiful at all. but I do understand the cutting, although I never cut myself for real, but sometimes I imagine my face cut with blood flowing:it is a cathartic fantasy to let out some repressed feelings in a stressing situation; releasing what is inside the face or body is like letting go of control in the way we present ourselves. At least this is how I interpret it. It's like when Lizzie McGuire imagines a cartoon version of herself being smashed by a hammer when she embarrasses herself. If it is scaring you, or if you feel it is clogging your thought process instead of helping, and if you really believe it would be beautiful to mutilate yourself in real life, then seek help.
