Is it normal to want to murder someone who repeatedly coughs?!

My poor roommate, whom I absolutely adore, is sick and coughs about once very minute. I obviously would feel bad kicking her out of the room, but when people cough I get ENRAGED. It is not a normal response because I know that they can't help it and feel bad, but the sound makes me clench my fist and want to scream. Please tell me someone else feels the way I do about coughing!

    I wanted to when my husband kept snoring all the time. Now he sleeps on the couch so his life is no longer in danger lol

    Completely normal. Imagine writing a final and having a sick girl sit in front of you who coughs every minute. I almost lost it.

    My husband nearly murdered me because of my cough. Perfectly normal so he tells me.

    My husband has an annoying cough that comes and goes. When it's bothering him, he coughs about every 20 to 30 seconds,......constantly.....day and nite, and it drives me nuts! I want to run outside and scream!
    So you are not alone

    Somebody I live with had a constant cough and I was getting just about as annoyed as you said you are.

    Now I'm sick and have a frequent cough and really hate it.
