Unfortunately your child will grow up not trusting you either. Worse still they will think this is normal behaviour and may do it too.
It's not easy being a young parent (I'll take a stab here and say single) but your only making things more complicated for yourself.
Go straight to therapy, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
