I'm glad there are parents like you out there who are so keen on providing their children with stable homes.
Seriously. If you won't do it for the sake of your own life, at least do it for the child. A lot of women I know do this and then they end up in bad places. If you don't care enough about yourself not to endanger yourself and your relationship, at least do it for your child, whose life depends almost entirely on you and she doesn't deserve the punishment that you're risking bringing upon the both of you.
