Tossing off in public? I wouldn't say that's normal whether male OR female. It just seems weird. I've had a few partners where we might make a game or hobby our of having discreet public sex. It wasn't the 'public' aspect that turned both of us on, it was just the CHANCE of getting caught [which was pretty low]. Sex in public = naughty, raunchy and morally questionable / masturbation in public = plain WRONG.
