Is it normal to want to kill my brother?

My brother is 20, few years older than me and i hate him. He teases me about my weight and height (fat and short :/). He curses at me and treats me like crap. He tortures me everyday. He doesnt like me and god knows i dont like him. I honestly never regret saying i want him to die. Of course i dont want to kill him, because i would get in trouble. I would rather he get shot or something, please help?

    My younger siblings are the same to each other (luckily I never have any problems with them). But since I see what's going on directly, I always talk to both siblings and try to calm things down.

    Because of this, *sometimes* the abusive sibling is able to see how immature/mean they are being, and the one being abused has some peace of mind (I hope).

    Do you have any other siblings? What are your parents doing about it? Anyway, it's definitely normal to have those thoughts, but as long as you don't actively seek to actually hurt him. It must be really hard though. :(

      No-one's perfect, you just don't know his weakness :o)

      They say siblings learn how to argue / fight in their own home to see what they can / can't get away with out in the real world. Maybe your brother is frustrated at work and is too scared to insult the boss, so comes home to abuse you!

      Try asking him if he's afraid to dish the abuse to the person who actually deserves it. That might just hit a raw nerve ;o)

    Fight back. Yeah hes your brother and you shouldn't hit him but if your being treated like this don't be a fuckin pussy. He is your older brother and probably bigger than you. I have an older brother if he gives me shit I fire back. There was never a time where I threw a punch at my brother but recently I feel as if it's coming closer to that. We usually just wrestle and argue things out.

    Bottom line is you gotta stand up for your self even if it's someone intimidating. I've done it and the outcome may be very surprising.

    Normal, to me.

    My brother is 2 years younger than me , and he has a horrible case of tourettes , and says openly " I hope you die "
    " I'm going to kill you "
    He calls me a freak 5 + times a day.
    He's only 14.
    My parents gave up on punishing him , yet scream at me when I try to.

    I hope he stresses himself out so much ( while making comments on my weight and looks ) one day that he dies.

    We should talk sometime , I know how you feel...
