Is it normal to want to kick stupid people in the face?

I do not mean stupid as in low education. I mean people who do messed up things and brag about it. Like "Oh I tripped an old lady today! hahaha". Things like "I stole candy from children! I am so cool!" I mean does anyone else get the urge to hurt these people? In what way does that make you cool?

      Those people are not stupid. People who act like jerks since they think it somehow makes them more of a person are stupid. Why would an intelligent person do this? Someone who does not know a lot can learn more. If someone is dim they are either slower or just not as educated as most people. Being uneducated is not the same as being dumb. If someone is a little slow it does not mean they are bad people either.

    Just a little joke before I get serious. Those people aren't the normal definition of stupid. That is like when your a kid you call... let's say candy "stupid". Word from the wise.
