    Being kind and NOT hurting people would actually make YOU feel better and the good thing is you're helping others in the process. When you want to hurt, do the exact opposite. There's no need to simply be a jerk to anyone or everyone for no reason or to find a reason. That's borderline (if not) severe mental issues. Good luck
