Scat play is unhealthy, piss play is not unhealthy provided that both partners are completely disease-free. Only if you've got a UTI or something like HIV/hepatitis is there a risk of the other partner contracting it through piss play. Otherwise piss is sterile. Some Asian nations such as Mongolia and China even drink it for medicinal reasons.

There's people who are willing to do this, but I highly advise against it. Scat and piss play is unhealthy, and no it's not normal.
