Is it normal to want to have a baby after you see a newborn

My friend had a baby girl a couple weeks ago & I got to see & hold the baby last week. She was talking about how great motherhood was (her first child) the baby was soooo adorable. It temporarily made me want a baby. In reality though....hell no! For one, I can't afford to have kids! Two, I'm a 21 year old college student. Three, I'm single & a virgin. Anyway, has anyone ever felt like this before?

    I guess it's normal. That's your maternal instinct kicking in. I'm turned off by newborn babies. But I have no baby desire. I'm one of a few.

    I feel like this at least six times a day. I hate my ovaries.

    As for me I have absolutely no want for children when I see newborns. Mostly I don't find them cute and I find pregnant women to be gross.
