A doctor won't sterilize you at your age. They won't sterilize you unless you have a kid (usually 2+) or are 35-40 minimum age.
Get Paraguard. I have a few hormone sensitive friends in their early twenties that got it and think it is great. I am 22 and have been on Mirena since 20, it's workin' out.
