LSD isn't "cut" with anything, its not a powder. Its usually taken as a small drop or 2 on a piece of paper. Its also normally obvious if its not real, either too much soaked into the paper or it doesn't have much of an effect when taken.
The drug itself is not addictive. In fact its impossible to even take it more than a couple times a week, and even that is extremely heavy use. Any addiction is simply psychological.. its like saying you are addicted to skittles just because you don't want to stop eating them.

While its true it can make pre-existing mental conditions worse or even activate "dormant" conditions, studies before it was made illegal had shown it was very rare. Like any drug, taking it because you don't want to deal with stresses in your life is not a good idea. Those are the conditions that create psychological dependency, and negatively impact your life. That is with any drug at all though, not just LSD, and not even just illegal ones.
And you didn't even know LSD isn't a powder.. what do you mean opinion, the entire "conversation" has been me stating facts and you ignoring them and then writing random things about other illegal drugs and pretending they apply to this one as well.

It's most commonly on a blotter (little piece of paper) or in liquid form, gel-tab (like piece of a fruit rollup), pill, microdot... I'm sure there might be some I left out. Most common is blotter or liquid.
