I am a big Marvel fan and I hate my appearance completely so I am just wondering if it is normal to get plastic surgery to reach my ideal of looking like Black Widow.

    Not really normal. I recall seeing people on TV who got multiple surgeries to look like the person they wanted and they always looked so unnatural with little resemblance to who they were trying to be. Don't waste your money.
