How addicted are you? Are you taking a lot of them at once, or as prescribed? Have you ever done any physio-therapy or intense stretching? What about saunas, hot-tubs, or massage-therapy? What about switching to weed, which is physically non-addictive, while you cut back on the painkillers?
Oh, and don't stop cold-turkey, otherwise you'll go into withdrawal. Cut back slowly while you manage your pain in other ways. Good luck. I hope you find some relief. :)
Quite a few per day, maybe a touch more than precribed, slowing down was pretty much my plan of attack- medicinal mj is definatly a good thing to help, the only problem is, i work 12-14 hrs per day, and i find being stoned(mmj) is kinda tough on the job, even with all these wonderfull new types of pot that dont put u down! Thank you for your advice, it solidifies my own thoughts!
