well in my country, when you are homeless, you are a drongo who lives in the street, drinking cheap wine and begging for money. when you are a backpacker in my country then you work on the road, sleep in hostels and carry a backpack around with you while you travel. dont backpack in australia though, a lot of them get murdered.
