    OK, a few things. Are you married? Because then you'd be opening up a big can of worms for yourself. Also, if you offer her a "bonus", in many states that's quid pro quo sexual harassment, and could leave you open to a big lawsuit, if she's so inclined. You could tell her you're attracted to her, and offer to help find her another job if she wants to fool around, but that too is risky. Best bet for you is to follow the old adage, and keep your hands off the help.
