That happened a couple times to me before, I'm also 13, and when I do that stuff I like it, but then after I feel SO guilty after, i probably shouldn't be doing these things and I HATE when older people tell me to stop, I don't care if I'm too young, if I had my period already I should be able to engage in sexual activity. It is VERY normal to feel that way
Is it normal to want to do something you don't feel comfortable doing?
