I find myself only interested in women who are shy, introverted, and intelligent. What I really look for is a woman who does not bother with petty conversation about weather, does not beat around the bush, knows when to be serious, loves silent pauses in a meaningful conversation, and does not expect me to hold a conversation if it means throwing in questions I know the answer to or resorting to small-talk.
These are some qualities that I find both common and obnoxious.
