I don't think it's normal to want to be submissive. I think it's normal to strive for equality, and mutual respect. I wouldn't let anyone dominate me even if his life depended upon my submission to him. I'd rather die alone than than be forced to submit to anyone!
Truly macho, and strong men are so secure in their masculinity that they don't have to oppress, subjugate, or otherwise dominate anyone! The sort of men who always want to dominate others, and women in particular are usually just pathetic, little bitches underneath all their bravado. It's disgusting, and pathetic.
