Very interesting question... which is dappled-speak for "I don't know the answer". :)
I can see what you mean to an extent, but it doesn't apply for people (female) that I'm attracted to, only people (male) that I think are attractive.
It's the cross-gender thing that is curious in your case. Would you like to be male? Do you feel female?
Is it normal to want to be something you're attracted to?
