    Is he cute?? Lol Maybe he likes you, if he's around your age and doing that, then it sounds kinda romantic :P However, if he's not, I can assume he's sort of a creep..

      Not romantic. He's a creep either way. You don't touch someone else like that without knowing them.

        He's not peeking up her skirt, he just slightly touching her face/hair, seems harmless to me. If you watched it a movie it would be cute right? But I can see what you mean, it really depends on how they both feel about it, and she seems to be all for it
