To be honest sex disgusts me, I want no part in it. But these primal, hard to control urges keep getting the best of me. i'm wanting to improve my thoughts and my way of thinking, but my sexualy obsesed mind is distracting me and causing a lot of my anxieties and depression. But I’m scared that do something like castrating myself would be a mistake.

Well, I totally get what you mean, as I thought of it myself many times since I don't want children and I used to love having sex way too much for my own good.
There's a way that can maybe help, it kind of did for me, it's having an overdose of sex. You need to find girls willing to have sex and just have sex until you're tired of it.
Regular meditation also greatly helps.
