Is it normal to want to be away from your family

I live apart from my family. Its great, but its lonely because i don't have friends, not even online! On the one hand, its all the freedom i wanted when i was home alone, on the other, I'm setting pup boobytraps for people that will never come, friend or enemy (lol...)

But I'm better on my own then with them. Fortunately for me, vice versa. Now to get a job...

i did it for 3 years and when i came back they were more sickening than ever. and i wish i could do it again, but then i start to miss them, cause they do possess good qualities. i think you are normal

I've done that. It was a relief, but after 7 years, I started to miss them. After I moved back, our relationship had improved and continues to do well. I think you're normal.
