I have a close friend who once struggled with anorexia and shows a few hints of it here and there, and this sounds a lot like her. Please do get help, as this isn't healthy.
I'm also just a tiny bit underweight like you, but it helps to surround myself with my favorite foods.
If you eat small portions, that's okay. Just snack more often when you can.
Exercising really only helps if you're eating enough to suffice.
Be careful.
