It doesn't work that way. It is not like being a doctor and having your own private practice, but still, usually you don't retain ALL of the profits. If you have a secretary or are renting instead of owning the building, you would still have to pay. Unless of course, you've got some kind of deal that for whatever reason you don't have to pay these parties. If you own the building, then you would have to pay the bills for the building. Bills like; water, heating and electric, etc.
