Ok first of she can know shes not transgender by the simple fact you know what gender you are same goes for genderdysphoric folk.
Just do whatever feels comfortable to you.
And a reply to this comment here....
Genderdysphoric as a name says you ''think'' your the oposite or another gender, a name wich was made for a ''mental'' illness long before it was clear how it appears.
Transgenders during pregnancy are made into gender A in the fetus stage and at a point during pregnancy is modeld to be gender B or C.
This all depends at wich point during pregnancy it happens.
Hence for the case of male to female transgenders for example, sense of smell and hearing are on par with woman, finger length aswell and in extreme cases things such developing body hair takes place at a very late age Example facial hair not starting untill age 20+ eventhough prime age is averagely 25.
Hence this is not a mental problem and cannot be resolved with 'help' in that area.
And yes transition is dangerous some cannot handle the long road, and some cannot live with the result being to self concious about how they look and people like you dont make it any easyer on them.
Is it normal to want to be a guy?

That was a well-sourced scientific lesson. The number of peer-reviewed studies you cited was staggering.
