He's not transsexual. He's just insecure. Nowadays media only promotes female beauty and society idolizes women, making women become very narcissistic and self-absorbed.
Therefor a lot of men, especially young men are feeling unappreciated by women, growing up in a world where male beauty is shunned and ridiculed. I mean, look at what the media is portraying. Women are always shown as sexy and confident, self centered , pretty much oblivious to the presence of their male counterparts, whereas men are depicted as nerdy moronic losers who get out of their way, begging for female acceptance and attention. Media also shows women to be always bi-curious and appreciating other women more than men. It's feminist bullshit influence like this that makes men turn into insecure wussies craving for female approval. Some of them, as you can see, consider or even retort to sex change, thinking that maybe women will notice them. Sadly, this trend probably isn't going to change soon since there are so many pathetic losers who idolize women.
