When I started my quest to lose weight a few months ago I usually went to bed hungry. I ate like maybe 3 meals a day; a bowl of cheerios in the morning, some chicken breast with vegetables in the afternoon, and an apple at night. To be honest I still usually eat like this because my goal isn't over yet. However, I make sure I don't go to bed hungry, just with a little food in my stomach. I eat more snacks, like another apple or a granola somewhere in between. I should also point out that I go the gym every day, similar to yourself. Why am I telling you this? Because honestly, I know that no amount of advice is probably going to change your lifestyle. You want to lose weight and you're already seeing results, so in you're mind that's good. But I think you know, like I know, that starvation isn't healthy at all. But I also that you're not going to change. I hope that when you see yourself losing weight that you'll slowly go into a more comfortable pattern of eating. It's alright to have pizza every now and then, just not like every day. And like I said it's alright to have small snacks in between.
If you want some tips for eating right here's a video that I think is pretty good. I follow what this guy says and those aren't some bad tips honestly.
