I think this is fine in the context of group sex but it's emasculating if you are not a participant and you should keep your head out of that muck. Start having sex again. Unless you are leaving out some profoundly tragic and insurmountable detail, I guarantee whatever dysfunction you suffer from, others are getting past that and enjoying each other anyway. Be open and blunt about the fact that you need to start having sex again. Libido and body horror be damned, sex is vital to marriage and marriage is one of the great pillars of survival. Discuss your problems, get therapy, get you some toys, and go at it anyway.
