There's actually something like this online. It's meant for artists who do erotica to tell commissioners what they will or will not draw, but couples could easily use it to map out their fantasies too.
I know I'm into some weird things. My boyfriend and I go onto a very private sort of cam site for fun sometimes. :P I always thought sex work would be fun to get into, especially some sort of cam thing or modeling, but I'm sort of afraid of doing something so tabboo. I feel like a lot of people who become more well known with that become trapped into that sort of work. I don't want my career as an artist to suffer because society is prudish.
I can imagine going to intervie with google someday and hearing "well, we found some incriminating photos of you on the internet..."
