Regardless of if she wants them or not, he doesn't, I wonder how she'd feel if he said "I wish you had a bigger ass" or "I wish you had bigger boobs" or "I wish you weren't as fat" it'd make her feel shit and I doubt she'd like that so neither does he when she asks him to change a lifestyle for her, I've been in some fucked up relationships over the years and I know that people can be judgemental spoilt cunts and that's what OP sounds like at this moment.
