He isn't short, he is taller than me atleast and I'm 5'3". It's just that I want him to have something, he is ... scrawny. And, yes I could find you attractive, but it depends on your personality as well. Shortness can be hot, wear it proudly.
I think he should bulk up for you to make you happy. I used to be very skinny, now I'm not body builder but I certainly have muscles. Just tell him nicely, please gain a little strength for me, and once you start you don't want to stop.
