Is it normal to want my boss that is 20 years older?

So I've worked with my boss now for a year. We had a very professional relationship until a few months ago when he had no one else to talk to I was there to help. Once he calmed down all was good. We became good friends. But now we talk sexually towards each other.. But not overly. Just random comments here and there. He always feels weird after and walks away. And it's nothing we'd act on. Another thing is he's married and 35. I'm 17. Is it normal for us? It's harmless because on his part he's just kidding? I don't know help.

    You are a minor in most countries and he's an idiot in a position of authority. Someone ought to have common sense here so it might as well be you. You say he's joking but I say he's a confused ass you need to steer clear of. Go take a cold shower and empty your head of sexual fantasy. Getting involved with this guy will bring you nothing but trouble. He'd be risking his job and marriage. You may only be 17 (and shouldn't be here) but are old enough to have and listen to your bullshit detector.

      Sorry, you're wrong about 17 being a minor in most countries. For example, in England and the Netherlands age of consent is 16, in Canada it's 14, in fact, in most of the States in the U.S. it is UNDER 18. BTW in the "supposedly: moral enclave of the Vatican City, the age of consent is 12, the lowest in the world. It's 13 in Japan, and in Argentina it's 15.

      So please do your homework before you pontificate.

        A minor as in has not reached the age of majority (i.e. an adult). He's her boss. Married. I'm not the one pontificating.

    Perfectly normal to be attracted to an older man. But considering that you're underage and he is your boss, I would avoid doing anything about your "want".

    Generally its just your immaturity allowing this.
