Is it normal to want liposuction in my.....

Is it normal to want liposuction in my penis? Its just too damn abnormal and everytime i start getting an erection, too much blood leaves my brain for my penis i end up passing out before i can even get a full hard on. I've never had the opportunity to have sex because of it. Life blows! Has anyone had a similar procedure?
