I have to agree with the op if he means we should do this to criminals. Many of these criminals commit some of the most evil acts and feel no regret. Some would even say they would do it again if they were released. I also think the punishment should fit the crime for all high end criminals. I do believe thieves though should go jail for a few days but I dont think they should be killed or tortured for low crimes. People say they have human rights but what about the victims. Did those children have a right when they were brutally sluathered because some sick bastard wanted to have a laugh? It is easy to defend the criminal but why will no one defend the victim?
