Nuclear warfare is, of course, the easiest option, but that would destroy most other life on the planet as well, which largely defeats the point. If you believe in the New World Order (I don't, by the way), then you could use a similar system to effectively enslave and control humanity, which is only one step away from exterminating it. You could even make a cult, but I doubt that the entire of humanity would join it. I don't even know why I am even suggesting this, as, for all I know, you are an evil genius who could actually make those things happen. That's why I'm being vague ;)

Morally opposed to enslavement, regardless of species, but do see your point about it being a path towards extermination in certain instances.
