    Criminals-means no more crime
    Mentally ill people-People dont choose to be born mentally ill, why punish them for it?
    Mentally disabled people-People dont choose to be retarded
    Cannibals-Is taboo and uncommon in 1st world anyways, not to mention illegal already
    Drug addicts and alcoholics-Means no more gangs
    Anyone who believes in forces or power-
    Anyone who protests-Generally means a riot but taking away peoples freedom of speech
