Pol Pot, Stalin, et al tried pretty much exactly what you are suggesting. Didn't work out too well did it?
What you suggest would mean you would be killed in your regime, as you are obviously mentally ill and condone criminal acts.
I am not mentally ill. I am perfectly sane and highly intelligent.
What exactly is so "insane" about wanting a world full of normal people, with no criminals, no illogical thinking and no hindrance?
Stop saying you're highly intelligent so many times, it makes people doubtful.
