Is it normal to want a post-apocalyptic world?

I constantly fantasize of a post-apocalyptic world where every day is a fight for survival. I don't think anything else could make people feel so alive as being only a few of billions of people left alive after some sort of apocalypse. I don't care what kind: Zombie, post-asteroid, super virus, nuclear... whatever. As long as most people died and less than 1% were alive and the ones left had to fight to survive. Life is just so boring and meaningless and our societies are so FAKE all I want is complete destruction of the known world and only ruins left standing. THOSE are MY hopes and dreams.

    A lot of people say they want this, but in actuality they don't. If you want to take out some aggression, try boxing. Or live vicariously through a video game. But really a post apocalyptic world isn't as grand or fun as it sounds.

    i kindaa get what your getting at, i fantasize it a little drifrrently though, yours is a little to grim, depressing and nothing but complete hopelesness. my fantasy woould be if there was a zombiie appacolypse but the slow stupid ones like from shaun of the dead and the walking dead not the crazy fast crawlinnggg upp walls and ceilings like from 28 days/weeks later and i survived with my close friends and family with a crazy arsenel of insane weapons to fight them off and hold down a secure buuilding with years of food. and other groups of people doing the same thing not just 1% left or a disease/virus outbreak that shit is just fucked up and couldnt imagine wanting to live through it
